Who you are

As a developing engineer, you're passionate about IT and Microsoft 365 technologies, and eager to learn new skills and share your knowledge. You enjoy pushing yourself and your colleagues to come up with innovative solutions. Moreover:

You have a bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field with aptitude for IT
You will have demonstrable experience with the Microsoft 365 suite
You are familiar with Azure, EntraID, Endpoint Management, fundamental network technologies, and you're able to analyze business processes
You are a strong communicator and collaborator, and you have fostered a mindset that puts customers first

Who you will work with

You will work closely with an ambitious and dynamic team of six or seven engineers, all of whom are familiar with the Microsoft M365 suite, and some of whom have deep expertise and demonstrated craftsmanship with particular subsets of the suite. All of our engineers are encouraged to improve their technical skills, developing craftsmanship, while refining soft skills such as consulting, problem-solving and decision-making. All NN colleagues have deep respect for our values of Care, Clear, Commit; this helps create an enjoyable and productive workplace.

Within the Digital Workplace domain, the Collaboration and Productivity team works closely with colleagues from other teams – such as the Platform Engineering team, and the Endpoint and Application Management team – to deliver a digital workplace that is ‘self-service, or automated unless…’.
